Front Runner 10-21-10

The Bradley Central cross country team competed in the Front Runner Championship at Baylor School on Thursday and finished 7th out of 30 scoring schools. Leading  the way for the Bears was standout freshman Harold Smith in 6th place (17:33) , followed very closely by super sophomore Paul Patterson in 8th place ( 17: 40 ) , freshman Collin Gwaltney ( 43rd ( 18 : 52 ) , Senior Jake Curtis 73rd  ( 19 : 34 ) , senior Kyle Baltimore 87th (19 : 58 ) , freshman Corey Dixon 110th (20 : 28 ) , and freshman Caleb Pace 147th ( 21 : 44 ) , out of 210 runners that competed in the meet . Bears coach Larry Cotton stated, I could not be more proud of these hard working young men.  Way to go guys!! Next race is TSSAA region championship at Chickamauga Dam in Chattanooga
